Waterloo native Joel Waggoner returns to host our musical New Year’s Eve party. Broadway to the Billboard. Sparkle and soul. Original arrangements and fresh, new collaborations. A full orchestra set featuring Joel's many talents will be followed by an after party with an intimate cabaret performance.
