Prominent community leaders from across the Cedar Valley proudly serve on the wcfsymphony Board of Directors.

Cressy Whalen served as the first president of the original Waterloo Symphony Orchestra Association, the governing body that has guided the organization for over 90 years. Throughout its history, the association has undergone name and venue changes, with a total of 55 individuals serving as president—16 of whom held the position for more than one term.
