Calendar

Calendars are updated regularly and all changes will be automatically reflected for all subscribers. Click on any date for details regarding location, rehearsal schedule, and (if necessary) parking or venue information.

 

2019-20 Dress code

Our standard dress is all black as outlined below. Changes to dress code will be included below and in the notes attached to any concert event in the calendar above, along with reminders provided by Nathan at rehearsal.

Standard dress
Men: black suit or tuxedo, black shirt, black shocks, black dress shoes, tie is optional.
Women: black dress floor to calf-length and 3/4 to full sleeves with modest neckline OR blouse with 3/4 to full sleeves and floor to calf-length black skirt or pants, black stockings, black dress shoes. Midriffs must be covered at all times.

Excessive jewelry, open-toe shoes, black jeans, corduroys, bare backs, are not permitted. Musicians should not wear perfume or cologne.

RiverLoop Dress
Men and Women – Solid color top, black bottoms, both conforming to the length/coverage standards outlined above.

 

2019-20 Comp tickets

  • 2 comp tickets to any RiverLoop show, general admission
  • 2 comp tickets to all GBPAC concerts, zones 2-3; Musicians may pay to upgrade to Gold or Zone 1 (price is the difference between the zone 2 ticket and the Gold or Zone 1)
  • 1 comp ticket to any Brown Derby 8:30 p.m. performance
  • And a reminder about $5 youth tickets and $10 student tickets for all concerts

Please note that the box office is open on dress rehearsal Saturdays starting at 10:00 a.m. through the start of the concert.

We ask that musicians make any comp ticket arrangements by 5:00 p.m. the day of the concert, or by noon the day of a double show. This will help with various box office issues. Please let Jason know if you receive questionable OR excellent service service/information from box office staff.
